The Hanbury is a classy, retro influenced spring summer design straight from the Knox Studio Collection. Using 0.8mm premium cowhide leather Knox have created a un-obtrusive, shorter length glove that is well suited to city riding and beyond. Oval gel knuckle padding combined with ribbed finger knuckle and cuff detailing give the Hanbury a desirable classic look with modern levels of protection.
A big part of the Hanbury's protective features is the Scaphoid Protection System (SPS) found on the palm area. Carried down from the pricier, race-focussed gloves in the Knox collection, this technology has been developed to safeguard riders against scaphoid fractures. The scaphoid, found at the base of your wrist, is one of the most commonly broken bones in motorcycle accidents, this comes down to the fact that you instinctively put your hands out in a fall and as soon as your wrist grips the floor it will over extend and cause a break. With the help of the SPS the Hanbury allows the wrist to slide without gripping the tarmac, therefore preventing this common break should you find yourself making contact with the road surface. It does this without impeding on comfort. You won't notice the SPS is there when riding around but you'll be happy to have it should you find yourself in a hairy situation.
It comes as no surprise that the Hanbury is a fully CE certified glove. A staff and customer favourite, for good reason!

With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.

International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.
