Urban Rider London is seeking a sales associate to join our London store team working across Royal Enfield motorcycle sales, multi-brand riding gear, parts and lifestyle apparel.
Role & Responsibilities
The sales role spans the full spectrum of products and services, from Royal Enfield motorcycle sales to riding gear, custom parts and lifestyle apparel.
Interacting with customers, providing recommendations according to customer needs.
Completing sales and customer orders including invoicing and payment.
Handling refunds, exchanges and refunds.
Keeping up to date with special promotions, new products and trends.
Maintaining shop standards, from merchandising to stock room organisation.
Assisting with store events and rideouts.
Applicant Skills
Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
Self motivated.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about the world of motorcycles.
Experience with point of sale (POS) transactions.
Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.
Salary
£28,000 per annum
