With a background in custom bikes, race bikes and restoration of classics Max is perfectly placed to take care of your new Royal Enfield and ensure it gets the top rate servicing that it needs.

Whatever motorcycle you have, regular servicing is essential to keep your bike in good running order. The same is true of Royal Enfield’s and the service intervals below are a guide for how often you should consider servicing your bike. If you’re on finance, it is essential to keep it fully serviced!

Warranties and things happening with your bike is, unfortunately, a possibility whatever vehicle you own. Whilst we have complete faith in our bikes, if something does happen be sure to get in touch with us by email re@urbanrider.co.uk.

We work closely directly with Royal Enfield in order to find a resolution for any and all warranty cases and get you back on the road as swiftly as possible.

When sending warranty claims to us, be sure to include as much information as possible to help expedite the process.
