Born in sun-drenched Long Beach, CA, Roland Sands had motorcycling in his blood. From hopping on his first bike aged 5, to becoming the 1998 American Motorcyclist Association 250GP Champion, his illustrious racing career finally came to an end after one broken bone too many. However, sheer passion for two-wheeled fun caused the creation of Roland Sands Design in 2005. Paired with a desire to create unique products for both the rider and the bike, Roland set to work creating now-legendary custom motorcycles that have been featured on blogs and in magazines the world over, winning countless awards. The distinct style comes from an individual blend of sports-bike and chopper influences, and the RSD range is one of the most popular out there, creating iconic, premium, and technical riding gear with unrivalled attitude.
