The Merlin Torsten Leather Jacket presents a contemporary twist on retro motorcycle apparel, blending modern technology with classic styling. Utilising TFL® German technology, this jacket reflects a remarkable 70% of UV rays, resulting in a temperature reduction of up to 25°C compared to traditional dark leather jackets, ensuring a comfortable ride even in warm conditions. Designed with versatility in mind, the included thermal liner can be attached for added warmth, while chest vents can be closed for cooler weather.
Engineered for optimal protection, the Torsten jacket features Level 1 D3O® armour at the shoulders and elbows, with a dedicated pocket for an optional D3O® Viper Stealth back protector. Constructed from soft, supple cowhide leather, this jacket offers both style and durability, certified to the highest CE Level AAA. With thoughtful details such as cuff and hem size adjustment points, active accordion stretch back panels, and Merlin branded metal snap studs, the Torsten jacket combines functionality with a timeless aesthetic.

With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.

International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.
