French brand Helstons has a beautiful lineup with the Modelo as a great example of an uncomplicated, classic looking jacket with clean lines. The leather is sturdy yet supple and the combination with the CE approved shoulder, elbow and back armour (all included!) means that the Modelo was tested and approved according to the latest safety standards. The Modelo is a great all-round jacket thanks to the removable inner body warmer. It even has a fixed waterproof membrane underneath the leather outer to make sure you stay dry in a downpour. The tab fasteners at the side, cuff and collar provide some tailoring. If you’re looking for an elegant alternative to the two-a-penny black leather jackets on offer at the moment, the Modelo is an easy choice.
