With advancements in protective technology, Fuel have developed the new and exclusive 3CORE® fabric over the past few years, and we can finally see it in action. A huge leap forward, the Safari jacket is constructed from this lightweight, supremely abrasion-resistant material, with proprietary stretch and UV resistance, and achieves nothing less than the top-level CE AAA approval. That’s no mean feat, especially in such an authentic vintage style.

Designed with the explorers of years past in mind, the Safari jacket is true to its name. It’s made to accompany on your wildest adventures, from a dreary commute down the M4, to dirt tracks in the wilderness, and desert adventures. It comes fully equipped with a set of removable Smoothways Level 2 armour - that’s elbows, shoulders, and back - that’s soft and malleable so fits with ease whilst providing high levels of impact protection. With plenty of map-sized pockets on the front, you’ll find a little treat to aid you in your quests in the rear pouch - there’s an included water-resistant rain jacket to keep you dry and comfortable for when the weather inevitably turns.

The classic belted style is complimented by shoulder lapels, and a slight western twist on the pocket styling. The branding is subtle on the outside, and the hardy press studs throughout allow for an adjustable fit at the cuff and neck.
