The Fuel Rally 2 Trousers are meticulously designed and expertly crafted to meet the demands of touring and adventure enthusiasts who seek both comfort and durability during their expeditions. Constructed from durable 500D Nylon with a PU coating, these trousers provide exceptional water repellency to keep you dry in wet conditions without compromising breathability. The inclusion of D3O® Ghost CE Level 1 protectors at the knees and hips ensures superior impact protection, allowing you to ride with confidence on any terrain.
These Trousers are CE Level AA Certified.
Fabric Construction:
- Outer fabric constructed from 500D Nylon with a PU coating for water repellency (prevents “wetting out” of the fabric)
- Waterproof Tricot TPU seam-sealed drop liner that hangs inside the outer shell, rated WP5000mm and MVP 8000mm
- The combination of a highly water repellent outer fabric and the TPU drop liner provides an extremely effective waterproof barrier without compromising on comfort
- Fixed lining and hip protector pockets with MESH 100% polyester, 110 gsm
- Trouser reinforcements with cow leather, for improved durability and resistance to wear and abrasion Pockets with waterproof lining 190T Nylon, PU WP3000mm, 80 gsm
Adjustment And Features:
- Central opening waterproof YKK zipper, waistband with snap button for better adjustment
- Waistband laterals with Velcro strap to adjust
- Connection plastic zipper on waistband to join the pants to the jacket
- Lateral bottom with Velcro system for better adjustment
Pockets:
- Front top side pocket with waterproof zipper and puller
- Knee protector pockets with waterproof zippers
Climate Regulation:
- Ventilation system with breathable mesh lining. Fastened with waterproof zippers

Christmas Delivery
With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.
UK Orders - Next Day Delivery: Order by 12 noon on Wednesday the 21st.
International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day, if all items are In Stock as indicated on the product page.
Any items that have a lead time (Ships in up to ... working days) are available with our supplier and need be ordered and recieved by our warehouse before being dispatched. Your order will be placed on hold until all items are ready to be dispatched.
