PRICE MATCH TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The product must match the exact item we are selling in model, colour and size.
• Item in question must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate dispatch.
• We can only price match genuine approved UK retailers. Please be aware that international orders from the UK will be charged local VAT and import duty where applicable
• All price matches must be submitted in British Pounds (GBP)
• Shipping costs will be added at whichever value is higher between Urban Rider and the Competitor to the end destination via an express, recorded service.
  (This is to avoid matching dealers who list low prices with high shipping or those who offer only cheaper, slower, unrecorded delivery services)
• We are unable to match if the seller does not ship to your location.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this offer if the price match in question results in the selling value being less than our buying value.
• A matched price will be valid for 48 hours after acceptance, after which a new price match needs to be requested.
• Price match requests will be processed within 48 hours during normal working hours Monday and Friday (9-5), we cannot be held responsible for price changes by our competitors before your price match request has been reviewed.
• A price match can not be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers, promotions, sale items or discounts by Urban Rider.
• Price matches will not be issued retroactively and a price match request will only be validated prior to the customer placing the order.
