Retro styled full-face helmet from DMD reminiscent of the old-style motocross helmets of yore. The Racer is a remake of the iconic 70's shell but with a focus to improve the original 70's shell design and matching it with all the modern safety standards.

Christmas Delivery
With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.
UK Orders - Next Day Delivery: Order by 12 noon on Wednesday the 21st.
International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.

- Nice Looking And Light Lid If It Fits 0 people found this helpfulThe DMD Racer is light and looks cool from the outside, also in Crayon Grey. The inside is somewhat less impressive, though. The padding inside the helmet is pretty basic for the price of the lid, and unless it's a perfect fit for your head size and shape it will feel quite uncomfortable very quickly. I tried the helmet with my Baruffaldi Speed 4 goggles and unlike in the UR video I thought they fit only barely even with size XL helmet. I didn't find it a particularly good combo. You might want to try something smaller. I do like the look and the light weight of the helmet but it appears to fit more round than oval heads. I've got a more intermediate to oval head, however, and the padding in the forehead area in particular is also rather thin. It's a tight fit. Almost unbearable against my forehead in my case. Which is why I ended up returning the helmet. If you fancy this lid, hopefully with a more round than oval head shape, and you find yourself typically in between helmet sizes, go for one size up. In case your head is more oval than round, I'm afraid you might as well look elsewhere for a better, more comfortable fit.
