For years, our best-selling ladies winter glove has been the Tucano Urbano Aviator. It has kept many a customer and Urban Rider staff member warm during winter rides. Safe to say we were a bit disgruntled when our Italian buddies at Tucano announced they were discontinuing the Aviator. Until we saw what they replaced it with: The Baronessa is a full goat leather glove with a synthetic sheepskin inner. The biggest difference with the Aviator is the change in the lining: the palm has been given a microfibre lining to improve dexterity and feel for your bike's controls. The Baronessa will keep you warm on colder days. Sporting a synthetic fur lining and breathable waterproof inner membrane, this glove is truly designed for the winter commuter. The gloves are also touchscreen compatible and meet the EN 13594:2015-CE safety standards for motorcycle gloves. This is achieved in part through the soft D3O armour insert located on the palm. An extra long cuff ensures that adequate wind protection is in place. A thing we don't often say about winter gloves is that they look good, but the Baronessa is one stylish looking number! Brass hardware and a YKK zip contrast the matt black goat hide and look pretty damn smart.

Sizing for the Tucano Urbano Baronessa Ladies Gloves as verified by the Urban Rider team.
Please note, the Baronessa sizes slightly smaller than other gloves, if you're in between sizes or in doubt, choose a size up.

Christmas Delivery
With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.
UK Orders - Next Day Delivery: Order by 12 noon on Wednesday the 21st.
International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.

- Wouldn’t buy again 0 people found this helpfulHad to order a large because they are very small. Usually I’m a medium. The material inside make my hands sweat, which then get very cold - counterproductive. Look nice but wouldn’t buy again. Great delivery etc through urban rider.

I wore them on a very chilly day (under 10 degrees C) and they kept my hands warm. They feel a little bulky to me, but should loosen up with use, and I am used to wearing lightweight gloves anyway.
- Winter warmth, protection and style 0 people found this helpfulBought these gloves in Medium for my colder winter Vespa rides to replace my Tucano Urbano Silvya gloves for the season. Like the longer length on them and the extra protection they offer. The lining is warm, they fit snugly, but not too tightly and I have yet to use the visor wiper feature! Added to all this, they are really smart, well made gloves. Tucano is my preferred brand for all my scooter gear but they'd be great for any other rider too.

Still allowing a good feel of bike controls and I think will suit me as I have heated grips. Yet to ride out as bad weather recently. Often try men’s gloves and find the fingers too wide or long.
