For the third year in a row, Trip Machine and Urban Rider have joined forces to create a collaborative capsule collection. This year’s collection is all about integrating Trip Machine’s signature leatherwork with another material that is synonymous with durability and character: heavy-duty waxed canvas.
The perfect size for all of your most essential bits and bobs, this is a fully functional motorcycle pannier with a removable shoulder strap so you can carry it off the bike. Your rainwear, a jumpstart pack or your lunch… Whatever you need with you on the bike. The roll-top closure gives you some adjustability in size and is covered by a leather flap with strap and G-hook closure for quick access yet secure fastening.
The main body of the pannier is built from the sturdy canvas which is waxed on both sides for extra water resistance, with a sumptuously soft blue lycra lining that is water-resistant of its own accord. We can’t claim this bag to be fully waterproof (don’t jump into a lake with it) but it will keep your possessions dry when you’re caught out in moderate rainfall.
Mounting to your bike is easy by virtue of the two straps and buckles on the back, which attach to your bike’s sub-frame. You’ll find two loops with clips and Nylon straps inside the bag, which also can be attached to your bike and clipped into one or both of the two lower brass mounting rings. This is to stop the bag swinging sideways when you’re putting your knee down. If your bike has a dual rear shock set-up, rest the pannier against one of the shocks to make sure it does not swing into your rear wheel. If not, you might need a luggage rack.
If you have the space on your bike, our Tool Carrier can be securely mounted directly to the bottom of this mini pannier for extra storage.
