Targeting riders in need of a glove with mid-season use in mind, the Mavis 2 is a really versatile pair of gloves that will serve you well in everything but the most extreme conditions.

Hardwearing yet supple premium Goatskin leather features throughout the Mavis 2 with the exception of a softshell material on the cuff. The glove has a double fastening system with a velcro strap at the wrist and a second larger strap at the further down the cuff which makes it fit, well, like a glove. Accordion stretch panels also feature on the fingers and thumb which makes grabbing a fist full of the lever a breeze.

One of the key advantages of the Mavis 2 is you don’t have the bulk associated with winter insulation, meaning you can experience the same freedom of movement as your go-to summer gloves. You are however protected with Racer’s Hotmelt fleece lining which will retain body heat while offering breathability when you need it on those more mild ride outs. Crucially you will also benefit from a flexible DDS membrane, aka Direct Dry Solution, which makes the Mavis 2 fully waterproof in changeable conditions.

With this glove being designed to be used daily, Racer understand the importance of staying protected. As a result, this glove features a carbon look injection moulded hard knuckle protector alongside protective finger inserts to keep your mitts in once piece should you find yourself in any trouble.
