If you look closely at classic 60s and 70s bikes you will likely spot the oversized finned clamps. These were originally manufactured by Webco to provide extra cooling for air-cooled engines. Today, this faithful Motone recreation is a fitting nostalgic addition to your modern Triumph twin.
Adding the big fin clamps will increase cooling around the exhaust header to reduce pipe bluing. Motone manufacture their clamps from diecast aluminium which is split into two separate pieces to fit around the header and bolt to the cylinder exhaust stub. This design means you do not need to remove the headers to fit this part. Phew.
Motone make two versions of the big fin exhaust clamps - Carb and EFI. Please check which model is suitable for your bike. This model is compatible with carb Triumph Bonnevilles from 2001 - 2008.
