The Firegun 2 GTX is one of the latest protective trainers Italian brand Momo have engineered for the two-wheeled market. This sneaker style boot is packed with the latest technology to bring a technical and practical edge to the riding trainer segment. Perfect for every day commuting and short day trips.
Momo have turned up late to the party when it comes to riding trainers but they have certainly made an entrance with the Firegun 2 GTX. This sophisticated sneaker benefits from an industry leading Gore-tex inner membrane which brings with it unrivalled waterproof performance and climate comfort, meaning the upper can be made from a fabric upper to maintain the sporty look and keep it light.
On top you have traditional lace fastening combined with a velcro fastening tab branded with the Momo Design logo, an emblem inspired by the Momo steering wheels mounted to competitive formula one cars and a nice nod to the company’s motorsport heritage. Down below Groundtrax have provided their wear-resistant grippy rubber sole.
Naturally, Momo have you covered in the protection department and the Firegun 2 GTX is a fully CE approved boot. The boot has malleolus, toe and heel armour as standard and incorporates the latest Zplate shank which stops the boot twisting or bending under stress in a way that could put your feet at risk.
