Merlin's Shenstone jacket is ideal for those hot summer rides. Its impact areas are constructed from abrasion resistant 8oz Cotec Wax Cotton material, while massive panels of robust mesh on the chest, back and sleeves allow for tons of airflow. The jacket comes with perforated D3O LP1 armour in the shoulders and elbows and even a level 1 D3O back protector. This garment is so well put together that it has received an AA safety rating according to the latest standards, no small feat for a jacket as lightweight and breathable as the Shenstone. 

Even the hottest of days can turn sour with rainfall and the wind can get a bit chilly when it gets dark. This is why the Shenstone is equipped with a zip-in, removable Reissa Active waterproof membrane which will do an excellent job keeping rain an wind away from your body.
