The John Doe Shifter Boot is a fully protective riding boot with a sneaker look. This armoured motorcycle footwear combines premium cowhide and John Doe's Signature XTM membrane to provide the high level of functionality and protection demanded by the modern road user.
The XTM membrane puts layers of Aramid fibre, Coolmax and Lycra between your foot and the outside world for an exceptional level of safety. The Shifter has been tested for its abrasion resistance as well as impact protection, with a Three-point Protection system at the ankle, heel and toe areas.
The tongue has been designed to keep water and moisture out. Along the inside of the boot, a sturdy zip gives you the option to remove the shoe without unlacing.
You'd expect a boot that sports such a long spec list to feel bulky and cumbersome, but the Shifter is a delightfully lightweight and comfortable boot while still keeping your feet safe from harm.

With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.
UK Orders - Next Day Delivery: Order by 12 noon on Wednesday the 21st.
International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day, if all items are In Stock as indicated on the product page.

- Great boots 0 people found this helpfulTook a while to turn up but I think they must of been out of stock. Urban rider should make this known when you pay for the item. Gave them a call and they were very helpful and the boots came shortly after. Great boots, thought they were a little tight for my size and was going to suggest the next size up up after wearing them twice they seem fine. Just don’t think about wearing thick socks. The toe is quite narrow. All in all, really nice boots

The packaging was plastic free, although I would say a box within a box was probs unnecessary. Delivery was on time, despite xmas and strikes. Urban Rider have been first class! Will use again.
