HYDROFORM RS is a cutting-edge exhaust system showcased at Eicma 2022. Its name reflects the innovative manufacturing process it embodies: hydroforming. This technology not only distinguishes our products but also sets them apart as unique in the global market.
The key features of the HYDROFORM RS include a hydroformed conical liner crafted from thin stainless steel, featuring two lateral ribs—one external and one internal on the wheel side. The end caps are round and pressed in stainless steel: the inlet cap is smaller in diameter compared to the outlet cap, which features a striking anthracite anodized aluminium flange machined from solid. Both caps are meticulously hand-satin-finished to match the hydroformed jacket, ensuring a seamless surface finish continuity in the satin version. Each end cap is secured with four rivets, providing maximum sealing without compromising the exhaust's aesthetic appeal. The logos are elegantly laser engraved, and the exhaust is Euro 5 approved.

Christmas Delivery
With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.
