The BSMC RESISTANT line of Overshirts and Jeans are manufactured from the same high performance, AA rated abrasion resistant fabrics you would find in our PROTECTIVE garments, but made without the provision for armour. Think of our RESISTANT line as hard-wearing, fit-for-purpose clothing, boasting the strength and abrasion resistance you are accustomed to from your riding gear – but deployed in secretly technical, casual garments. The RESISTANT Overshirt is a classic straight hemmed, chore type coat with a zip and button closure, four exterior pockets and snap down collar. As ever, we are making the clothing we at the ‘Shed want to wear, built to the standard, fit, quality and aesthetic we demand for ourselves. This is a casual, unarmoured garment so would be best combined with an armoured underlayer when worn on a ride Available in Black and Indigo. Now for the techy bit… The fabric construction is 88% cotton, 10% Covec, 2% Elastene. Spun from Liquid Crystal Polymer, Covec yarn boasts high cut, tear and abrasion resistance (AA standard against EN17092) along with low heat transfer and prolonged performance due to low yarn on yarn resistance and flex fatigue. It’s the same stuff as NASA use… Covec Technical Textiles was recently granted the Queen’s award for Enterprise.

Delivery & Returns

Christmas Delivery

With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.

UK Orders - Next Day Delivery: Order by 12 noon on Wednesday the 21st.

International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day, if all items are In Stock as indicated on the product page.

Any items that have a lead time (Ships in up to ... working days) are available with our supplier and need be ordered and recieved by our warehouse before being dispatched. Your order will be placed on hold until all items are ready to be dispatched.
