After the best-selling Gringo and Gringo S helmets, Biltwell brings us the Lane Splitter. This highly anticipated drag racing style helmet is crafted around Biltwell's proprietary ABS shell and features a shock-absorbing EPS liner with gorgeous hand-stitched interior padding. Just like the Gringo and Gringo S, the interior liner with its removable cheek pads and BioFoam chin bar cushion makes for an extremely comfortable helmet that you can wear all day without experiencing any fatigue or discomfort. The aggressive looking lines of this helmet truly set it apart in the retro-styled helmet market. The front chin bar vents are a prominent feature and in combination with a venturi vent on the rear provide ample air-flow. The injection-molded face shield operates on simple hinge mechanics and the brass peg and hole lock mechanism is utterly utilitarian yet aesthetically pleasing in its simplicity. Opening and closing the visor becomes a breeze. Not literally though: the visor secures firmly in place to prevent any wind or rain leaking inside. A bold and brutish looking helmet at a very attractive price point, we're big fans!

You may notice our size guide differs slightly from Biltwell's. We find the above size guide to be the most accurate for the average European and North-American head shape. We test the fit of all helmets we sell.
Christmas Delivery
With disruption to postal services, we are sending all orders via next day courier to ensure arrival in time for Christmas day. Choose from FedEx, DPD and DHL at checkout.
UK Orders - Next Day Delivery: Order by 12 noon on Wednesday the 21st.
International Orders - Order by 12 noon on Monday the 19th.

The helmet has great ventilation and a really good field of view. I’ve had cheaper and more expensive lids and this is my favourite

I wanted something a bit different & liked the look of this, most Harley riders choose black, I had the metallic bronze finish & very pleased with the colour. It fits well, I take a M & ordered an M fit. It's lightweight with very good vision, easy to lift visor up & down, a few people have mentioned the large vents at the front, yes its a shame you can't close them but if it get cold then just put some tape inside over the vents! I did find it noisey hence 4 not 5 stars but well pleased with purchase.
