A fresh entry into the Arai lineup, the Quantic retains that classic style with a focus on longer rides and touring. Featuring the quintessential Arai smooth, round shape that is designed to “glance-off” impact, and spread the force for supreme, race-inspired protection, the Quantic offers the very best in performance with all-day, all-ride comfort and ease of wear.

Quite a mouthful, each Peripherally Belted e-Complex Laminate Construction Outer shell (PB e-cLc for short...) is handcrafted over the course of around 18 hours each and is incredibly lightweight, whilst retaining premium levels of strength. Comprehensive and controllable ventilation in the way of 7 intakes and 6 exhaust vents mean you’ll remain comfortable whatever the weather or temperature. Highlights include the iconic 3D Arai logo concealing two 10mm intake ports, massively increasing airflow even at low speeds, plus two F1-inspired brow vents. All of the mechanisms are easy to use, even with thick gloves on, so you won’t have to pull over to adjust.

The shell profile offers organic aerodynamics, and with the addition of a rear spoiler, the Quantic will slip through the air with ease, and minimum rider neck fatigue, even at high speeds. The spoiler is even designed to break off in the event of a crash, so as not to compromise the impact protection of the shell. A luxurious brushed nylon interior will keep you comfortable for hours on end, and can be easily removed, washed, and replaced. Arai’s signature Facial Contour System (FCS) provides a supportive, snug fit around the jaw, and the headlining even features a 5mm cutaway for optimum fit.

The VAS Max-Vision Visor provides a huge range of vision, and the pin-lock insert will stop it from fogging up whatever the conditions throw at you, plus a breath guard and chin curtain promotes desired airflow. A slightly wider base than usual by 5mm allows for ease of on and offs, and the helmet is designed to accommodate most intercoms on the market without compromising the safety.

All in all, this is an exquisite offering from one of the best in the business. It is incredibly well considered, to every minute detail, has every single feature you could ask for, and will likely replace any - if not all - the helmets in your collection.
