Should you have any internet related queries, please email us at info@urbanrider.co.uk. Alternatively you can speak to a member of staff in our London store on +44 (0)20 7736 3811. The shop is open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am-6pm. We are closed on Sunday.
If it is a workshop related enquiry, please call our head mechanic at the shop number above.
2. How do I know my payment details are secure when placing an order?
When you place an order, your payment details are processed via a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets layer) encrypted internet connection for your protection. All payments are processed by ProTX a 3rd party who specialise in secure e-payments.
3. When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is only taken when your order has been despatched.
4. What if there is a problem with my order when it arrives?
In the unlikely event of the wrong item or a faulty item being delivered please contact the London store on +44(0) 020 7736 3811. You will receive instructions on how to return the item free of charge.
On return of the item, you will be issued a full refund.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The majority of items on the website are held in stock in our shop or warehouse for despatch within 2 working days of your order. If your order is classified as a 'special order' you will be advised by email as to a delivery date.
6. What delivery options do you offer?
Orders despatched to the UK under £30 are sent via Royal Mail for a charge of £3.95. Orders over £30 qualify for free shipping via a Parcelforce tracked service within the UK.
International orders are despatched via Parcelforce Scheduled service with full order tracking facilities.

7. I have placed an order but have not received email confirmation, what should I do?
Confirmation of your order should be received via email within 24 hours. If, once this time has elapsed, you have not received confirmation, please contact us at info@urbanrider.co.uk or +44 (0)20 7736 3811.
