This high end urban parka is remarkable mostly because of its fabric, very efficient and resistant, with a ready to wear look.  The coating applied, Skintech, makes it 100% waterproof and extremely breathable for discreet comfort and protection.  Wall Street is also very warm with a removable furry hood.
